I am a Systemic Psychotherapist, this means I am interested in relationships, as a child and as an adult, and how we experience ourselves within them. Sometime this is, or has been, a positive experience and sometimes a negative one.

I am interested in exploring the stories we tell about ourselves and how these stories can sometimes confine us to a limited view of the world and our place in it. By creating a revised and updated view we can begin to move forward towards a life that is happier, more content and less constricted by negative and sometimes uncorroborated beliefs.
